The BGC Retirement Plan offers a Defined Benefit (Pension) Plan and a Defined Contribution (403(b) annuity) Plan to pastors and non-clergy staff of BGC churches and affiliated organizations. Current assets exceed $127 million. Benefits of participation include a history of benefit increases (15 over the life of the plan), low investment fees and housing allowance for pastors during retirement years that reduces taxable income.
